I just signed up and I have not received my download link email.
The email should be delivered to the email account you signed up with within ten minutes. If after ten minutes you don't see the email, check your bulk mail folder or spam mail folder. Commonly, if you signup with a Yahoo account or a Hotmail account the email may be categorized as bulk mail.

When I enter the user key during installation, the program rejects the user key.
Make sure that you save the installation program to your desktop before you "Run" the installation program. After you receive the download email, double click on the installation program link, and choose "Save." After the installation program is saved to your desktop, then double click on the installation program a second time and choose "Run."

When I run the installer I get an error message.
Restart your computer, then make sure that all Internet browsers are closed before you run the installer. Copy the user key from the installation email, close all browsers, then paste the user key when prompted.

I have Windows XP, and I get an error message during installation.
Your Windows XP platform might not be up to date. This is very common and it is a very easy fix. Go to Microsoft and install Microsoft's latest .NET Framework. After the .Net Framework is successfully installed, double click on the installation program that was saved on your desktop, and you shouldn't have any problems.

I just installed the filter, and it is not working.
Close all browsers and restart your computer.

My filter is blocking a web site that does not relate to online drug purchasing opportunities.
In the rare instance you encounter any “over blocking,” send an email to support@problempill.com, telling us the address of the web site that is being blocked. We will examiner the web site, and if it appears that the web site does not relate to online drug purchasing opportunities, we will unblock the web site for you within 24 hours.
